PNP Games has been selling online since 2005 and has grown from a small operation specializing in older video games, to a mid-sized online retailer carrying products from all video game systems of the 80s up to the latest next-gen consoles out today. We have 2 retail stores in Canada and distribute to various other retailers across North America.

All of our products listed are in-stock and ready to ship. We do not “drop-ship”. All of our items sold on Shopping are brand new and factory sealed genuine products unless stated otherwise.

We carry products for many systems including Nintendo (NES, SNES, N64, Gamecube, Wii, DS, Gameboy), Microsoft (XBOX, XBOX 360) and Sony (PS1, PS2, PS3, PSP).

If you need to return an item, please email to get a Return Authorization Number (RMA#). Please include your order number, reason for return, and whether or not the product is still within its original factory seal. We will then email you the RMA# and our returns address to ship the product back to us. Except in the case of defective or incorrectly shipped items, the buyer will be responsible for all shipping charges on returned products. Please note that orders returned without an RMA# will not be accepted and will be returned to you.

Excluded Items - We cannot accept returns on items with one-time use product keys. These include opened PC/Mac software and pre-activated game codes. Any issue with these items should be taken up the manufacturer.

General Returns - If you wish to return an item because it is no longer wanted or it was ordered by mistake, you may return it within 30 days of delivery. Sealed items may be subject to a 20% restocking fee at our discretion. Opened items are entitled to a 50% refund providing the item is still complete with original case, manual, instructions, warranty cards, and any other applicable accessories.

Defective Items - Defective items other than the "Excluded Items" above may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Upon return of the defective item we will issue a replacement item to you as soon as possible. Items returned as defective are subject to testing at our discretion. If a defective return is found to be fully functional, we can either re-ship the item at the buyer's cost, or provide a 50% refund.
